About us

A table in the heart of Pula

Duomo Trattoria sits in Pula's Old Town, right by the Cathedral and its bell tower. Walkers pass along the narrow stone streets, and guests stay at our tables well into the night over wood-fired pizza, grilled dishes, fresh Adriatic fish and pasta.

We cook simply and honestly: good ingredients, fire and time. Our fish and seafood come from local fishermen and markets, and the pizza dough ferments slowly before it meets the wood-fired oven. Alongside Italian and Istrian classics we keep an Asian corner with sushi, poke and yakisoba.

A big garden for big parties

Behind the restaurant is a spacious covered garden in the shade of an old tree. A large group fits easily: tour groups, family gatherings, weddings and celebrations. Coaches can stop to drop off passengers, and we arrange lunch or dinner for groups on request.
