Preparing grill and kitchen dishes to our standards and hygiene rules.
Kitchen assistant
Preparing ingredients and supporting the kitchen while learning from experienced cooks.
Cocktail master
Working the bar, classic and signature cocktails, looking after the drinks offer.
Pizza chef
Dough, the wood-fired oven and pizzas for the whole terrace and garden.
Pasta chef
Pasta, sauces and seasonal dishes from the kitchen.
Sommelier
Wine recommendations with food, caring for the wine list, especially Istrian wines.
